With us, you choose which office hotel in Helsingborg suits you best. At each facility, we have different types of membership and sizes of offices. Regardless of what you choose, a workplace, wi-fi, coffee/tea, breakfast and staffed reception that will help you with most things are always included!

We do not have a contract period, we have instead chosen to only have a 4-month notice period for our members.

Ofcourse you can! When we are staffed, we receive your visitors at the reception and provide them with a cup of coffee and inform you that your visit has arrived.

Most companies is suitable to att our office! Today, we have a great variety with different types of operations and sizes of companies. No company is too small or too big to have an office with us!

Yes, you can. We have different sizes of our rooms and you can combine several rooms so that you get the right number of office spaces. Contact us here and we will help you find a solution that suits you.

Yes you have. You have your own alarm code and access card. Sitting in our office hotels is just like having your own traditional office but with the advantage that you get more colleagues and save lots of time as we fix everything that needs fixing.

Of course we have! At our facility at Makadamgatan 5, we have a warehouse building directly adjacent to our office hotel. There we have warehouses from 4 m2 to 40 m2, you can read more about what is included in our warehouses here. Yes we have. At our facilities, we always have larger toilets with showers so you can fix yourself up.

You can absolutely do it, but then you need to think a little extra about the voice mode. We also have telephone rooms that you can use if you need to make a longer telephone call. However, if you spend a lot of time on the phone, we recommend a Private Office.

Storage is included in almost all of our memberships, it is only in the “Flexible workplace” membership that storage is not included. To see the differences between the different offices and memberships, click here.

Absolutely you can. We have both fridges and microwaves on site. If you would like to cook something in the oven, we have it! If you want to spice things up a bit more and perhaps even cook lunch for your meeting, you have a full-scale kitchen in our conference room Food & Meeting.

Absolutely you can do it! We have six different conference rooms in Helsingborg. Choose the conference room that suits you best here!

Either you send an email to Hej@hk.se with information about which conference room you want to book or you choose which conference room you want by pressing here and then you book it directly.

Absolutely, we’ll fix that. You can choose between breakfast, lunch or afternoon coffee – write it as a request in your booking and we will make sure it arrives to you when you wish. Click here to select conference rooms in Helsingborg.

For our members, it is included in the monthly fee. If you are not a member yet, it costs from SEK 390-490/h. If you wish to rent a full day and have requests for food for the meeting, contact us at hej@hk.se and you will receive an exact price for the booking.

There are parking spaces right next to our office hotels in Helsingborg. At Makadamgatan 5, you can park right outside the door for free. For Båthusgatan, there are two municipal parking lots nearby, where it costs 5 SEK per hour, and you can park for the entire workday.

Yes, at Makadamgatan, there are 12 charging stations. At Båthusgatan, you can use the public charging options

Four-legged friends are more than happy to come and visit, but at the moment we do not allow you to bring your dog with you during the working day.
