Huvudkontoret has two coworking spaces in Helsingborg, one located in Väla Södra and one in Norra Hamnen. In total, we have 5 different conference rooms in Helsingborg that can be rented as needed.
When we created and designed our conference rooms, the idea was to create something that promotes productivity and creativity, which we have certainly succeeded in, according to our visitors. All our conference rooms have different appearances and themes, each one unique. For example, if you’re having a board meeting, the Savannen conference room is the perfect choice, and if you’re having a creative meeting and need more space with a large whiteboard for drawing/writing, the Large meeting conference room is the best option.
All our conference rooms are equipped with TVs, cameras, microphones, and whiteboards. Our largest conference rooms can accommodate up to 10 people, and one of them is furnished with a large round table, perfect for workshops and training sessions.
Even if your office in Helsingborg already has conference rooms, it can sometimes be very beneficial to change the environment, especially when it comes to meetings. The conference rooms can be rented by the hour, half-day, or full-day. We adapt to your needs, simple as that.
If you’re renting a conference room for a full day, it’s important to have good food to keep your energy up. We help ensure you stay alert even though the conference rooms themselves provide a comfortable space. We can arrange sandwiches for breakfast, hot or cold meals for lunch, and snacks for the afternoon. You can choose to dine inside the conference room or relax in our spacious lounges.
